Dr Lisa Stafford grew up in Rossville, Indiana. After graduating from Rossville High School in 1989, Dr Stafford went to Indiana University for her undergraduate education. Since she was accepted 1 year early into the optometry program, her undergraduate degree is a BS in Optometry obtained from Indiana University. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1996 from Indiana University, where she also was an Associate Instructor for both the Clinical Optometry I & II classes, as well as the Contact Lens I & II classes.


Dr Stafford started practicing in Frankfort, Indiana immediately upon her graduation from IU in 1996. She is proud to be practicing in the county in which she was raised. She lives in Frankfort, and is married to Tom Adams. They have 1 daughter, Samantha. She and Tom coached Samantha’s teams over the years  in basketball, softball, and soccer.  Dr Stafford enjoys playing many sports, as well as exercising, reading,  spending time with Tom & Sam, & going to IU sporting events.

Dr Stafford is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Indiana Optometric Association, the Tecumseh Optometric Association,  Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, Zonta, a past member of the Optimist Club, and was a member of the Clinton County Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors when they raised money to build their new building. She is a proud member of the IU Varsity Club.  She is also a member of St Matthew United Methodist Church. She is licensed by the Indiana State Board of Optometry and has therapeutic certification from the Indiana Board of Optometry. Dr. Maggie Hathaway

Dr. Maggie Hathaway (formerly Deboy) grew up in Rossville and graduated from Rossville High School in 2018. She completed her undergraduate education at Bethel University, where she played basketball and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in International Health, graduating summa cum laude in 2022. She then obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2026, graduating with Highest Honors. During her time at IUSO, Dr. Hathaway served as an Associate Instructor for Clinical Sciences.

Dr. Hathaway currently lives in Lafayette with her husband, Ethan, and their miniature dachshund, Rocky.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, taking walks, and spending time with family.

She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Indiana Optometric Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society.

Her areas of training and special interests include comprehensive eye exams for adults and children, contact lens fittings, myopia management, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease.
